There is an Easter break at the moment and morning classes will start again on Monday, 8th of April. On the lush rolling lawn of the Al Badia Golf Club, overlooking waterfalls… Hatha flow yoga class suitable for all levels including first time yogis, athletes as well as pregnant ladies. This morning class will leave you feeling energized, stretched and relaxed…To book in text or email.

Monday & Wednesday
Evening at 6.30pm

Mirdif Garden Studio (gate opens at 6pm and closes at 6.30pm just before the class begins). Evening classes are running as usual. Hatha flow yoga class in the garden under the stars. Open to all levels with options for gentle or dynamic practice. Students with various health conditions are welcome to join. They can be safely guided throughout a class. Its time to breathe,stretch and rejuvenate!

Tuesday Morning
Mother & Baby at 9am

Class starts again on Tuesday, 9th of April. Mirdif Garden studio. Gentle yoga moves and rythms suitable for you as well as your baby accompanied by baby songs. Increases babies development and confidence, strengthens bond between mum and her baby, helps establish good sleep patterns. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks until 13 months of age. Drop in sessions are available.

Restorative Yoga
Thursdays 9am

Class starts again on Thursday, 11th of April. Ladies only Restorative Yoga, a very slow and deeply relaxing yoga class often finished with Yoga Nidra. Restorative Yoga is good for ladies who are pregnant or recovering from injury. Active ladies will also benefit from this calming practice. Space is limited to six and class is held indoors at the Mirdif location.

Prenatal Yoga
All Classes

Pregnant ladies can attend regular yoga classes from 3 months onwards and continue all the way to delivery. If they are experienced yogis they can join before. Yoga practiced during pregnancy helps us on physical and emotional level, various yoga techniques help us manage pain during delivery and get us back to shape afterwards.
